BlackBerry Q5

The BlackBerry Q5 is a fine budget smartphone launched by BlackBerry. The phone features a 3.1-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen accompanied by a physical keyboard for users who have been acclimated to one. This device runs on the BlackBerry 10 Operating System and brings enhanced features onboard, like improved browser performance, fast graphics and support for Augmented Reality. A dual-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor with 2 GB RAM is under the hood of this BlackBerry handset.

The phone comes with a 5 MP camera with LED flash that has various features such as geo-tagging, face detection, 4x digital zoom, image stabilization and many more, with images coming out at a resolution of 2592X1944 pixels. The Blackberry Q5 also boasts of 1080p HD video recording. It also has 2 MP front facing camera for video calling. The device has a 3.5mm audio jack and also a speaker at the back. The BlackBerry Q5 has Near Field Communication (NFC) that allows you to exchange data, access smart tags and undertake transactions through your mobile. The integrated A-GPS on the phone with the BlackBerry Maps is good at assisting users with navigation. The handset also has access to the BlackBerry App World from where you can download applications on to the Q5. Additionally, the device has close social network integration and an in-built document viewer that makes it easier to view files in all major formats. Blackberry's BBM service is one of the features to look at as it lets users connect to their friends on the go.

The phone is powered by a 2180 mAh Li-Ion battery to give you the best battery life when you are on the go. The phone gives talk time up to 8 hrs 30 min (2G) and 7 hrs 50 min on 3G. The phone has 8 GB of internal storage and also has a memory card slot that allows you to store up to 32 GB of data using a micro SD card.
