Intex Aqua Ace

Indian smartphone maker Intex has expanded its Aqua series of smartphone with the introduction of Aqua Ace. The mid-range device comes with attractive features.

Intex has bundled a 1-year screen breakage warranty coupled with a sensor-based flip cover free with the smartphone. The device also ships with a free bag pack. Available in white and black colours, the Aqua Ace has LTE bands that promise fast connectivity. It is expected to compete with the likes of Asus Zenfone 2.

The smartphone flaunts a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen which offers excellent viewing experience. One of the highlights of the device is that it bears a coating of Corning's Gorilla Glass 3 both at the front and back. It runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box.

Over to imaging, the Intex Aqua Ace comes with a 13-megapixel back camera paired with an LED flash for low-light imaging. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and making video calls. Both the front and back camera has HD video recording capabilities.

At its heart, the device is expected to deliver seamless performance courtesy a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor. To keep the users hooked onto multitasking, the domestic manufacturer has included 3GB RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage which can further be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.

The Intex Aqua Ace is backed by a 2,300 mAh battery that is expected to support 6 hours of talk time. To keep you stay connected, there are a host of connectivity features including 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port.
