The itel Pad 1 offers a distinctive design language, which looks premium from every angle. The latest tablet from itel offers a rigid back panel which a matte finish. One can also see a camera module at the top-left corner. The front panel comes with a large display, which provides slim bezels. The tablet is available in Light Blue and Deep Grey colour options. Coming to the display, the itel Pad 1 offers a large 10.1-inch display that provides 16 million colours. The device packs 149ppi pixel density and offers a 76.88 per cent screen-to-body ratio. Moreover, the device is loaded with an IPS LCD display panel and offers a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution.

The latest itel Pad 1 gets its power from the latest Unisoc SC9863A processor. The reliable chipset is built using 32-bit architecture. It features four cores of Cortex A55 clocked at 1.6GHz and four cores of Cortex A55 clocked up to 1.2GHz. The model also features PowerVR GE8322 GPU to handle the graphics. Moreover, the tablet packs 128GB of internal storage and offers 4GB of RAM. It also features a single camera on the rear panel with LED flash. The tablet also features a front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The itel Pad 1 runs on Android 12 (Go Edition). 

The tablet features a large 6,000mAh battery. The company has introduced a standard charging option with this one. In terms of connectivity, you get 4G, WI-Fi, a Mobile hotspot, GPS with A-GPS, speakers, and a USB Type-C port.
