LG K9

The LG K9 is an affordable smartphone that features a plastic rear panel. At the back, there is a fingerprint sensor which can record multiple fingerprints that can be used for unlocking the smartphone. Also, the device sports rounded edges on all sides that make the handset easily fit in the palm. The handset is 8.2mm thick and weighs 152 grams.
At its heart, the smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek chipset which is coupled with 2GB of RAM that ensures that normal day-to-day tasks are carried with ease.

The LG K9 boasts a small and compact 5-inch HD display which is decent when it comes to indoor conditions. However, the legibility is poor when taken outdoors under sunlight.
On the storage front, the LG K9 ships with an onboard storage space of 16GB which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 200GB (2TB).

For imaging and shooting videos, you get an 8-megapixel rear shooter and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. You can also afford to capture images, and videos in dark conditions as the rear imaging sensor is assisted with an LED flash. Using the front-facing snapper, you can indulge in video calling and take self-portraits.
For connectivity, there are options like Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, microUSB 2.0 port, and 4G with support for VoLTE. Users also get dual SIM support with the LG K9.

On the software front, the smartphone runs the Android 7.1 Nougat operating system out of the box and is fuelled by a non-removable Li-Ion 2,500mAh battery which can last throughout the day for first-time smartphone users.
