LG continues to try its luck with mid-range smartphones in the market. The company has launched the W series to compete with the likes of Xiaomi, Realme and Samsung among others but things haven’t gone according to plan. But even then, the brand has now added a new set of devices to its W series in the form of the W41. This phone comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display that supports 720x1600 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 10 operating system. The phone comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor that gets paired with 4GB RAM and offers 64GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 512GB using the dedicated microSD slot. The W41 gets a quad rear camera that comprises of 48MP sensor and 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone has an 8MP selfie camera. The latest mid-range LG phone gets backed up with a 5,000mAh battery that supports charging via USB Type C port. The fingerprint sensor sits at the back of the phone for additional security and it has headphone jack for wired audio gear support. Verdict
LG W41 comes across as a budget device priced in the mid-range bracket. It gets a HD+ display without any high refresh rate support for its price. Add to that, you can get phones with Helio G35 for much lower these days. Android 10 should give way to the new version by now but at least we're pleased to see quad rear camera and long battery on offer. Would probably skip this for so many other options in the market.

The 20:9 bezel-less screen sports a punch-hole design that houses the front selfie camera. Because of this, the chin size of the phone reduces, that gives you more screen viewing space. The power button sits on the right, while the volume rocker is on the left side of the phone.

The phone comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, paired with 4GB RAM. This may not sound like a lot but you can easily manage the regular computing task on the device. Then you have 64GB internal storage, expandable up to 512GB. This phone runs on Android 10 operating system that is built over custom interface. The budget LG W phone gets quad rear camera that includes 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, 5MP sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera that also doubles up for videos calls and video recording.

The LG phone has a physical fingerprint sensor at the back. You can secure the device and data stored on it. The phone comes loaded with a 5,000mAh battery that can be charged with USB Type C port.
