The Lava X50+ is the new and improved Lava X50 that saw the light of day in July 2016. The Lava X50+ is priced at less than Rs. 10,000.
Display and Design
The X50+ features an IPS LCD On-cell display with HD resolution (720 x 1080 pixels) that displays top quality content on a 5.50-inch display. An on-cell display has the advantage of being slimmer than capacitive touch screens usually seen in smartphones by having one layer of glass less, which decreases a phone’s thickness. In terms of design, the phone features a metallic body with smooth edges.
Platform and Memory
The phone ships with 6.0 Marshmallow powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM that handles most tasks with ease and efficiency. The OS is a step above the X50’s 5.1 Lollipop OS and is the only difference between the two phones. 32GB of storage is what the X50+ offers, which can be increased with an SD card to store personal data. ?
Cameras and Battery
The primary camera on the X50+ is 8-megapixels that captures adequately clear images. The rear camera is equipped with LED flash and autofocus. The rear camera records videos in Full HD resolution. The front camera is 5-megapixels and is powered by LED flash that also captures simple images. The battery on the device is 2,800mAh that lasts about 15 hours at best.
