Lenovo Vibe X2 Details

Released back in September 2014, the Vibe X2 is a mid-range offering from Chinese electronics major Lenovo. The smaller sibling of the Vibe Z2 Pro, the Vibe X2 boasts of a compelling feature-set at an affordable price point. Let s find out what those features are.
The Lenovo Vibe X2 is quite a slim handset measuring just 7.3mm thin at its thickest. Sure, it is not the thinnest out there - but anything under 8 mm is still ridiculously slender. Powered by the MediaTek MT6595M chipset, the Vibe X2 houses an octa-core processor inside that consists of twin quad core Cortex A7 CPU s clocked at 2 Ghz and 1.7 Ghz. The graphics is handled by the PowerVR G600 chip that ensures a lag-free gaming experience. The Vibe X2 gets a 5-inch 1080 x 1920 pixel (Full HD) display that gives it a PPI density of 441.
Being a mid-range handset, Lenovo thought it was important that the Vibe X2 boasted of twin sim Card slots. In fact, they went one step ahead and made the phone 4G-LTE compatible as well. As for the imaging department, Lenovo has a 13 megapixel main camera that is well aided by the LED flash for low light images. The main camera is also capable capturing videos in Full HD. The secondary camera at the front is a 5-megapixel unit which is great for those occasional selfies and video calls.
The Vibe X2 supports a host of connectivity options including Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, GLONASS and the ubiquitous USB. Indian users should be happy with the inclusion of an FM radio receiver.
The Lenovo Vibe X2 gets a non-removable Li-Po 2300 mAh battery under the hood that is rated for a standby time of 226 hours on 2G networks. Lenovo also claims a talk time of 17 hours on 2G.
