Micromax Canvas XL is a dual-SIM based phablet device sporting a 6 inch display. The device is powered with a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor from an unnamed chip maker. In terms of memory, the device has 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage out of which 2 GB is available for the user. If required, users can also expand the memory up to 32 GB more, using microSD card.

The device sports a 6" TFT capacitive touch screen. The screen on the device has qHD (540x960 pixels) resolution giving an effective pixel density of about 184 PPI. In terms of build and design of the phablet, it is 10.4 mm thick and weighs 180 grams.
