Motorola's newest smartphone has a good design language. The rear panel features a textured finish, while the front panel features a punch-hole cutout. The smartphone is 8.5mm thick and weighs 185 grams. The handset is currently available in Arctic Blue and Eco Black colour options. The Moto E22s is loaded with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The device has an IPS LCD display screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone also features an 82.93 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 270ppi pixel density. The brand has added a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face unlock feature for security.

Motorola's newest model is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 CPU. To handle graphics, the chipset has a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Furthermore, the phone boasts 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to 1TB through a microSD card slot. The Moto E22s boasts a dual-camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. There's an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture on the front. The device runs the Android 12 operating system and has the My UX user interface.

The Moto E22s is loaded with a 5,000mAh battery and comes with standard charging support. In terms of connectivity, the phone offers dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with GLONASS, dual-SIM, and a USB Type-C port.
