Verdict
The OnePlus 10 Pro is probably one of the best OnePlus flagship smartphones to date. The top-end variant of the OnePlus 10 Pro is less expensive than its competition, like Galaxy S22 or iPhone 13. The phone offers a fantastic 120HZ AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display coupled with a top-notch Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and ultra-fast charging support. The handset comes with flagship-grade cameras, the best we have seen in any OnePlus phone. Overall, the OnePlus 10 Pro is a worthy contender for the best Android smartphone of the year.

Premium Design and Fantastic Display
The OnePlus 10 Pro comes with a distinctive design language and looks much better than its predecessor. The phone has an aluminium frame, while the front and back panels are glass. The back panel comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, while the display sports a Gorillas Glass Victus protection. The company has also added a ceramic coating over the camera module, protecting the lenses from scratches. One of the major highlights of the OnePlus 10 Pro 256GB model is the display. The phone comes with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ curved AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display. The latest generation of LTPO display allows the phone to go down to 1GHz and go up to a maximum 120Hz refresh rate. The phone also comes with a resolution of 3126 x 1440 pixels, offers up to 1,300 nits brightness, and has 526ppi pixel density. 
 
Flagship-grade Cameras and Security
The OnePlus 10 Pro is easily one of the best camera-centric smartphones in India. The phone is made in partnership with a known camera maker, Hasselblad. The device offers a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, 1.12-micron pixel size, and 23mm focal length. The device also features a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens with a 150-degree Field of View (FoV), f/2.2 aperture, and 0.64-micron pixel size. Lastly, we have an 8MP telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 1-micron pixel size, and 77mm focal length. For the front, the handset is loaded with a 32MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. In terms of security, the device is loaded with an in-display fingerprint sensor along with a fast face unlock feature. 
Top-Notch Performance and Thermals
The latest handset from OnePlus is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor made using a 4nm fabrication process. The chipset comes with up to 3.0GHz of octa cores for high-end performance. For graphics, the phone uses Adreno 730 GPU to handle most of the gaming. The company has also added its most advanced cooling system along with a new ‘SLA X-axis’ linear motor for enhanced haptic feedback. The OnePlus 10 Pro 256GB also features up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Sadly, the phone does not offer an option to expand the memory using a micoSD card slot. The device also runs on the Android 12 operating system with the latest version of OxygenOS on top of it.

In terms of battery, the OnePlus 10 Pro is juiced up by a 5,000mAh battery. The phone also supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging support. It comes with reverse wireless charging technology as well. In terms of connectivity, the OnePlus 10 Pro packs 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6  802.11 ax 2X2 MIMO, GPS, GLONASS, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C port.
