The Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has come up with the latest flagship series, the OnePlus 9 series. Its latest offering, OnePlus 9 256GB is an upgrade to the OnePlus 8T. The device ships with upgraded specifications over its predecessor. In terms of colors, the OnePlus 9 256GB is available in Astral Black, Arctic Sky, and Winter Mist colors. The phone sports a 6.55-inches Fluid AMOLED HDR10+ display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The bezel-less display with a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner of the screen features Gorilla Glass protection. In terms of cameras, the phone equips a triple rear camera (48MP+50MP+2MP) on the rear and a single 16MP selfie camera at the front with a screen flash. Users can leverage 256GB onboard internal memory for storing files, apps, data, games, and more. It is important to note that the device does not support any expandable memory. Fueling the smartphone is the 4500mAh Li-ion battery with support for 65W Warp Charge. The phone runs Android 11-based Oxygen OS custom skin on top. Verdict
OnePlus 9 256GB is a well-packed phone featuring a great display and impressive cameras. Add to it, the robust Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, 12GB RAM, and 45000mAh battery with a 65W Warp charge make it a worthy option for buyers. On the flip side, the device has certain cons, such as no support for expandable memory and the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Design and Display
The 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display of the OnePlus 9 256GB delivers smooth scrolling. The 120 Hz refresh rate allows smooth gameplay in every frame. The display is bezel-less with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 87.6%. It has a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a peak brightness of 1100 nits. There is a punch-hole cut out at the top left corner of the phone for the selfie camera. The display features a Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

The triple cameras are housed inside a rectangular-shaped module on the rear. They are accompanied by a Dual-LED flash.
