The Panasonic Eluga Ray is a budget offering that runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. The device features Arbo, an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that tracks and learns your daily life activity patterns. The smartphone sports a plastic back panel and features curved edges.
