Realme introduced the 8 series with 4G devices earlier this year to keep the prices down and attract buyers. But now it is upgrading the devices with the help of new MediaTek chipsets. Which is why you have the new Realme 8 5G in the market. The 5G Realme 8 flaunts a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display that offers 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The screen comes with punch hole on the top-left and its pixel density stands at 405 PPI. The 5G variant of Realme 8 uses the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, that gets coupled with 4GB RAM and it offers 64GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 1TB using the dedicated card slot. The Realme 8 5G boasts a triple rear camera that comprises of 48MP primary sensor, 2MP sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it comes with a 16MP selfie camera that also support video calls. The phone comes loaded with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone are side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock and headphone jack for music streaming. Other Realme mobiles launched in India are Narzo 30 Pro, X7 and the Realme 7 Pro.

Realme 8 5G comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display that offers screen resolution of 1080x2400 pixels with a pixel density of 405 PPI. The display gets a punch hole design at the top-left that houses the front camera. The 20:9 aspect ratio display offers larger viewing area and screen to body ratio of 83 percent. The power button sits on the right of the phone, while the volume rocker is on the left side of the phone. The main security features are side-mounted fingerprint sensor built into the power button and face unlock that runs through the selfie camera.
