Realme is expanding its mid-range smartphone portfolio with the introduction of the Realme 9 series. The first device which the company is launching in this series is the Realme 9i. The handset boasts a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 480 nits brightness, and a 400 PPI pixel density. Under the hood, the Realme 9i is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This latest Realme 9 series smartphone flaunts a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 50MP primary lens, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth camera. On the front side, the handset features a 16MP selfie camera that has an f/2.1 aperture. The device ships with a 5,000mAh battery that has 33W fast charging support. Connectivity-wise the device has features such as dual-SIM card support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The Realme 9i houses a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a 90Hz refresh rate, a pixel density of 401 PPI, and a 480 nits brightness. The display panel also has a punch-hole cutout which accommodates the selfie camera. The power button is located on the right side, while at the left the volume keys are located. For security purpose, the handset features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that is embedded in a power button. The handset also has a face unlock support that works through the selfie camera.
