It runs on Realme UI which is built over the Android 10 operating system. The phone comes powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 765G processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Realme X7 features quad rear cameras that includes a 64MP wide sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, the phone features a single 32MP wide camera for selfies. The phone packs a 4,300mAh battery which supports 65W fast charging technology.

The Realme X7 sports a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. The screen also gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and offers pixel density of 409 PPI. The phone comes with a punch hole cut out which packs the selfie camera. The fingerprint scanner is built into the display.

It features the Adreno 620 GPU for graphics processing and runs Android 10 OS based Realme UI. The phone also features a quad rear camera setup that uses a primary 64MP wide sensor, a secondary 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP sensor and 2MP depth sensor. At the front you have a 32MP wide camera for selfies. The primary rear camera can shoot 4K videos at 30FPS, the front camera offers 1080p recording at 30FPS.
