6.5 inch Super AMOLED Display, Gorilla Glass 3
You get a full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels on the display of the Galaxy A51 5G. The 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel has a pixel density of 405 ppi. The Infinity-O display, as Samsung calls it, has a punch hole and also features Gorilla Glass 3 for protection against small accidents. The display has a fingerprint reader built into it.
Exynos 980, Rear Quad Camera
The Galaxy A51 5G packs the octa-core Exynos 980 SoC, which offers excellent mid-range performance and has the Shannon 5G modem integrated into it. The chipset features a Mali-G76 MP5 GPU onboard to take care of the graphics processing. The phone runs OneUI 2.0, which is Samsung’s custom skin for Android and you get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory plus you can add up to 512GB of expandable memory. On the back, you get a multi camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide shooter, a 5MP macro lens and a 5MP depth sensor. You get a 32MP camera on the front for selfies and 1080p video recording. The back camera is capable of shooting 4K videos.

The battery of the Galaxy A51 5G supports 25W fast charging and has a capacity of 4500mAh. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and A-GPS. You get a Type-C port for charging and the phone packs a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
