Samsung Galaxy Core 2

After the success of entry-level Samsung Galaxy Core and Samsung Galaxy Core Plus, the Korean phone manufacturer has launched second generation Samsung Galaxy Core 2. Below are the detailed specifications of the phone as per the official information.

The Samsung Galaxy Core 2 runs on a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. It has 768 MB RAM and 4 GB internal memory, which can be extended up to 64 GB using a microUSB card slot present on board. The smartphone has accelerometer sensor.

The device has a 4.5-inches TFT capacitive display which gives the resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and an effective pixel density of about 207 PPI. The phone has the usual Galaxy candy bar design with curved edges. It weighs around 138 grams and is 9.8 mm thick. It is available in white and black colors.

The phone features a 5 MP camera with LED flash and autofocus. The other features of the camera include geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection. It can also record 480p videos at 30fps. The phone also has a VGA front facing secondary camera.
