Samsung Galaxy Grand Max

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max comes in the Samsung's mid-range Android devices. The Grand Max comes with the company’s refreshed design philosophy. At the front, the device has a physical home button and two backlit touch navigation keys. On the back, the device features a symmetrical design pattern over the removable panel that facilitates better grip as well as improved looks. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max measures 146 x 74.8 x 7.9mm and weighs 161 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max ditches the company’s traditional approach of AMOLED displays for an IPS LCD panel. The display has an HD resolution in a 5.25-inches screen size. Accounting the not so thick bezels, the screen-to-body ratio is 68.6%. Unlike most mid-range devices that come with Gorilla Glass or some other kind of display protection, the Galaxy Grand Max does not. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max comes with a high-resolution camera of 5-megapixels on the front for the selfie lovers. The front-facing camera is also capable of recording Full HD videos just like the primary camera. Talking about primary camera, the device comes with a traditional 13MP autofocus unit paired with an LED flash. Panoramas and HDR images can be captured using the Galaxy Grand Max’s rear camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max has an internal storage of 16GB and RAM of 1.5GB. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 resides in the Galaxy Grand Max, which has quad-core 64-bit CPU, and Adreno 306 GPU. The device also comes with a dedicated microSD card instead of a hybrid SIM card slot. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max runs the Samsung’s customised version of Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The customised OS not only has redesigned UI but also comes with company's proprietary video player, image gallery, and many more applications.

The Galaxy Grand Max can provide with 18 hours of 3G talk time and 87 hours of music playback, thanks to the 2,500 mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max is a dual-SIM device with 3G connectivity.
