The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G offers a plastic back panel and comes with a waterdrop notch at the front. The handset is loaded with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display that comes with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also offers a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 270ppi. The company has also introduced a face unlock and side-mounted fingerprint sensor with the latest smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is loaded with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It also features Mali-G57 GPU to handle the graphics. The Galaxy smartphone packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card slot. For optics, the company has added a dual-camera setup with a combination of a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The phone boasts a 5MP shooter for selfies and video calling on the front.  The device runs on the Android 12 operating system and comes with a custom One UI on top of it.
