The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 chipset and as the name indicates, the 5G modem onboard the chipset gives you access to 5G networks. The phone features an impressive quad-camera 108MP + 48MP + 12MP + 3D TOF sensor at the back, with the 48MP shooter offering 10x optical zoom. For selfies, the phone is equipped with a 10MP lens. The display sports a center-aligned punch-hole at the top and offers a resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels. It has a pixel density of 524 ppi and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also features an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz and is protected by Gorilla Glass 6.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is not just beautiful to look at, but also packs some serious firepower. The chipset inside is Qualcomm s best mobile chipset, the Snapdragon 865 which comes with an Adreno 650 on board for graphics processing. You also get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard memory. For photography, you get a quad-camera system on the back with a 108MP primary camera, a 48MP secondary sensor that is capable of 10x optical zoom, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 3D TOF sensor. The rear camera features OIS and can shoot 2160p videos at 60 fps. The front 10MP camera is also capable of shooting 4K video at 30fps.
5000mAh Battery, 45W Charging, Connectivity Options
The battery life on Samsung phones has always been an issue but the company has finally addressed that by packing a 5000mAh battery into the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Additionally, you also get 45W fast charging and 15W wireless charging capabilities. Connectivity options include dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, aptX, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, and A-GPS. The phone is equipped with a Type-C port but the 3.5mm headphone port has been taken out.
