The Xperia 8 has a 6-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and capacitive multi-touchscreen. The phone has a metal chassis and Gorilla Glass 6 on the front and the rear. There is a side-mounted fingerprint reader on the phone. The device is also IP65 and IP68 certified for dust and water resistance.
