TCL Tab 10s

The Chinese multinational electronics company TCL has added one more to its latest range of devices, the TCL Tab 10s. The new Android tablet from the brand offers a decent level of performance at affordable price brackets. The tablet offers the best in the class viewing experience, thanks to its 10.1-inches IPS LCD having a screen resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and 224ppi pixel density. It has a V-notch display that encloses the selfie camera. The device comes equipped with a TCL T-Pen stylus, using which you can make notes or do sketching on display. The optical configuration of the tablet includes a single 8MP primary camera. Upfront, the handset is equipped with a single 5MP front-facing camera. The device packs an inbuilt storage capacity of 32GB, which is further expandable up to 256GB through a microSD card. For power backup, the Android tablet comes loaded with a large 8000mAh battery that can be recharged via USB Type-C. With 18W fast-charging support, the tablet can be refilled within a short time. On the software front, the device comes pre-installed with the Android v10 (Q) operating system.

Design and Display
Design-wise, the device measures 241 x 158.6 x 8.3mm in dimensions. The tablet is bulky to hold, weighing 464 grams. Users get to choose from two available color variants- Silver and Super Matte Gray. The large screen device offers a viable option from an e-learning perspective. Thanks to the dual microphone and speaker system, the device accounts for effective group communication. Its advanced eye protection feature lets you work for longer durations and ensures less strain to the eyes. 
Camera and Security
For optics, you get an 8MP primary camera on the rear with an LED flash. Although the camera configuration appears pretty much basic, it gets its job done pretty well and captures decent images. For selfies and video chats, you get a single 5MP front-facing camera. 
Storage and Performance
In terms of storage, the tablet is provided with 32GB of internal memory. The storage can further be enhanced up to 256GB using a microSD card. Under the hood, the Android tablet comes powered by the MediaTek MT8768 octa-core processor. The chipset is backed by the PowerVR GE8320 for graphical performance. It features 3GB RAM that ensures smooth multitasking performance.
Battery and Connectivity
Equipped with a large 8000mAh battery capacity, the tablet provides up to eight hours of video playback and upto two weeks of standby time. Since the device includes 18W fast charging support, it does not take much time to refill the battery. The tablet comes with POGO Pin connectors that support the attachment of third-party accessories. The other connectivity options of the tablet include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, a/ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS with A-GPS, mass storage device, USB charging and a 3.5mm audio jack.
