Xolo Black 1X

Indian smartphone manufacturer Xolo has introduced the second Black series smartphone. The Xolo Black 1X runs Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under HIVE Atlas UI.

The budget device flaunts a 5-inch Full HD on-cell display with decent viewing angles. The screen reproduces bright and vivid colours and has got fair visibility when placed under sunlight. It features a glass back and comes with a leather finish at the top and bottom. To ensure that the screen remains scratch-free, there is Dragon trail Glass protection.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek processor that delivers seamless performance. In addition, there is 3GB RAM to support multitasking. The Xolo Black 1X comes with 32GB of onboard storage which can further be expanded using a microSD card. Unfortunately, there is a hybrid dual-SIM slot which will either allow you to use two SIM card or one SIM and a microSD card. Therefore, it is advised to your storage judiciously.

For connectivity, there is LTE support that offers super fast connectivity along with other regular options that include 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a microUSB 2.0 port. The device packs a non-removable 2,400 mAh cell. As the name suggests the device is available in black colour and is exclusively available via online retailer Snapdeal.

The imaging devices is similar to the previously launched Xolo Black. The Xolo Black 1X comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera paired with an LED flash to capture stunning images and record videos. For selfie crazy people, there is a 5-megapixel front shooter which can also be used for video calls via Messenger and Skype.
