Xolo One HD

Domestic smartphone maker Xolo has come up with an HD version of the previously launched Xolo One smartphone. The latest offering known as the Xolo One HD comes with a low price tag and bears an LED flash at the front that promises better selfies and video calls.

The Xolo One HD flaunts a 5-inch HD IPS display and runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box. The display is bright and the screen offers proper transmission of light thus ensuring high clarity and less reflection.

In terms of imaging, the device comes with an amazing 8-megapixel rear camera paired with an LED flash. The BSI sensor at the back ensures quality images by maximising the amount of light received even in dim light conditions. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter which also comes with an LED flash that can be used for taking great selfies and video calling.

At its heart, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that is expected to deliver smooth performance. You can even multitask on the Xolo One HD thanks to the presence of 1GB of RAM. Storing apps and other personal data will never be an issue. The device ships with 8GB of internal storage space which can further be extended via a microSD card up to 256GB.

There is a host of options embedded that helps you stay connected. Connectivity options that come along with the Xolo One HD along with dual-SIM support include 3G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a microUSB 2.0 port. It is backed by a removable 2,300 mAh cell that is expected to support talk time up to 6 hours. The device is 9.5 mm thick and is available exclusively via Amazon through the flash sale model.
