Xolo Q800 X-Edition

Xolo Q800 X-Edition is a dual-SIM smartphone based on Android operating system. This phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A7 based MediaTek MT6589 processor. The phone has 1GB of LP-DDR2 RAM. It is equipped with dual-SIM capability that would be quite useful for people utilising multiple SIM cards and carriers.

The device has 4.5" qHD IPS LCD screen with a screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixels that gives an effective pixel density of ~245 PPI. The design of the Xolo Q8000 X-Edition is exactly similar to the Xolo Q800 and there are no changes. It features glass covered touchscreen on the front along with front-facing camera and a bunch of sensors. There is removable plastic back that can be used to replace SIM cards, memory card and battery. The sides feature volume rocker, power/lock button, 3.5mm audio jack and Micro USB port.

The phone has a 8MP auto-focus primary camera with LED flash for better low-light photography which can also record videos in full HD format. The phone has a 1 MP secondary camera too on the front of the device. Coming to the multimedia capabilities of the phone, it is capable of playing the common multimedia formats including WAV, AAC, MP3, MP4, AVI, etc.

Xolo Q800 X-edition will be running on Android Jellybean 4.1 operating system. The phone also comes bundled with other apps such as Google search, Gmail, document viewer, image/video editor, organizer, voice memo, etc. Other features of the phone includes a bunch of sensors such as accelerometer, GPS/A-GPS, proximity, compass and ambient light sensor.

The device has 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage which could be further expandable upto 32GB using MicroSD cards. The phone will have a 2100 mAh battery that is sufficient to keep the phone powered for an entire day with moderate usage.
