iVooMi Me2 Details

Introduction
iVoomi is a relatively new competitor in the smartphone market, which is trying to makes it presence in the budget smartphone segment. The iVoomi Me 2 sticks to the "you get what you pay for" principle, offering only the most essentials when it comes to hardware specifications. It can serve as an ideal backup phone for when your daily driver is non-functional or as an entry level phone for new users. It is available in two colours, Black and Champagne Gold.
Display and Camera
The iVoomi Me 2 sports a 4.5-inch TFT panel with a resolution of 480x854 (218 ppi). The front camera is 8 megapixels, with LED flash and the rear camera is 5 megapixels. As expected, the camera quality is strictly average, allowing you to capture decent quality videos and a grainy selfie.
Hardware and Software
As anticipated, the hardware on the iVoomi Me 2 has been stripped down to the bare essentials. It runs a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3Ghz, along with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of internal storage that can be increased up to 64GB via microSD expansion, which makes it suitable for multimedia storage. It also opens up the option of using the device as a portable multimedia player which can also make phone calls in case of emergencies. The power source is a removable 2000mAh battery which is underwhelming, requiring the user to charge the device multiple times a day or have a power bank as a backup at all times. The device runs Android v7.0 (Nougat) out of the box, unlike most phones at the price point, despite its limited hardware capabilities.
Connectivity and Additional Features.
The iVoomi Me 2 is a dual-SIM phone, with one SIM being 4G capable and the other being compatible only with 2G. It supports 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and has a micro USB port for charging and data transfer. Other features include an accelerometer, proximity sensor and a proximity sensor.
