Vivo has added one more smartphone to its ever expanding Y-series of smartphones dubbed as the Vivo Y20A. The new device joins the likes of Vivo Y20i in the affordable smartphone segment. Coming to the specifications, the device sports a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display having a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and 270ppi pixel density. In the performance point of view, the device comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor paired with 3GB RAM. The storage needs of the users are met by the presence of 64GB onboard internal memory. Also, the device supports an expandable memory support of up to 256GB using a microSD card. For smooth graphical performance, the device is provided with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The handset captures decent images, thanks to the presence of triple camera configuration (13MP+2MP+2MP) on the rear and a single 8MP front-facing camera. For the storage, the device has 64GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As for the power backup, the handset equips a 5000mAh battery. On the software front, the device runs Android v10 (Q) operating system. The other variants of this mobile are Vivo Y20, Vivo Y51A , and Vivo Y20i.

Verdict
Vivo Y20A is a budget offering from the brand that comes with decent specifications. The brand's budget offering does pack features such as a tall 6.51-inches bezel-less display, decent camera configuration, and a large 5000mAh battery. When it comes to cons, the device is powered by an outdated MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, it has no USB Type-C port, and it also does not support fast charging.

Design-wise, the handset is available in two color variants-Nebula Blue and Dawn White. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 164.4 x 76.3 x 8.4mm in dimensions. The bezel-less display houses a waterdrop notch that encloses the selfie camera. The 6.51-inches IPS LCD boasts of a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and 270ppi pixel density.

The camera configuration of the smartphone includes a triple camera setup on the rear and a single selfie camera.
