LG Nexus 5X

The LG Nexus 5X is the latest device in the line of Nexus devices. The device comes with some impressive hardware under the hood such as a Snapdragon 808 chipset along with 2 GB of RAM.

The single SIM device comes with a nano-SIM card slot and ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. Like all Nexus devices, the LG Nexus 5X also offers a pure Android experience without any custom UI on top. The device comes with a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.

The device is available in blue, black and white colour variants and sports a 5.2-inch display. The display has Full HD screen resolution which translates to 1920x1080 pixels. The screen pixel density therefore is a rather impressive 424 PPI. In addition, the touchscreen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 technology.

Under the hood, the smartphone comes with a Snapdragon 808 Qualcomm MSM8992 chipset having a dual-core Cortex-A57 processor with a clock speed of 1.82 GHz along with a quad-core Cortex A-53 processor with a clock speed of 1.44 GHz. The chipset also comes with an Adreno 418 GPU along with the hexa-core CPU. The processing power of the device is complimented by 2 GB of RAM. Additional memory on the device is available in the form of 16 GB of on-board storage. However, the device storage cannot be expanded further due to the lack of a microSD card slot.

The smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel front facing camera along with a 12.3-megapixel primary shooter. The primary camera comes with dual-LED, HDR, face detection and and a large pixel size for advanced low-light photography. The smartphone is backed by a non-removable 2,700 mAh Li-Po battery.

The device comes with 4G LTE support along with Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, DLNA, hotspot, Wi-Fi direct, a microUSB 2.0 port and GPS connectivity options.
