Oppo Reno 10x Zoom

The design highlight of the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is the unique mechanism by which the front-facing camera pops-up from the body of the device. OPPO has called this new mechanism the ‘shark fin pop-up camera’. This camera mechanism integrates the 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Needless to say, this mechanism gives the handset a unique look. There's an in-display optical fingerprint reader which is quite fast compared to phones with previous generation optical fingerprint readers. There's no 3.5mm headphone jack available on this phone, but the company offers high-quality USB Type-C in-ear canal earphones inside the phone's package.

The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipset that integrates a total of eight Kryo 485 cores. The chip is based on a 7nm manufacturing process and uses the Adreno 640 GPU for graphics. The SoC also supports up to 16GB of LBDDR4X-4266 RAM. The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is offered in 6GB RAM and 8GB and options, with the entry-level featuring 128GB storage and the higher-end variant featuring 256GB storage. The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom gets a huge 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x2340 pixels in the tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The panel does not have a notch at the top and offers a PPI density of 387. It supports the DCI-P3 color space and also gets a layer of Gorilla Glass 6 for added durability.

The rear camera setup on the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom consists of a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture and support for OIS and PDAF. The secondary camera uses a periscopic lens and uses a 13-megapixel sensor with f/3.0 aperture and supports up to 5X zoom and enhanced 10x zoom. The third camera on the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is an 8-megapixel, f/2.2 ultrawide unit. As for the selfie camera, this one happens to be a 16-megapixel unit with f/2.0 aperture. The phone also integrates a large 4065mAh battery with support for 20-watt VOOC 3.0 fast charging. Connectivity options on the phone include support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WiFi Direct, and hotspot.
