Realme 9 series is all set to liven up the competitive mid-range segment for buyers, giving them more options. The company has added the Pro variant to its lineup which promises improved camera features and performance. This phone has flaunts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ quality at 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The screen gets a punch hole design that houses the selfie camera and offers pixel density of 405 PPI.  The Pro version of Realme 9 gets powered by octa-core Snapdragon 730 chipset that comes paired with 8GB RAM and provides 128GB internal storage, expandable up to 256GB using the hybrid SIM slot. Realme 9 Pro packs a quad rear camera that includes 108MP sensor, and 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 5MP camera and 2MP sensor. On the front, it has dual 16MP + 2MP selfie cameras that also support video calls. The phone offers long backup with the built-in 6000mAh battery that supports fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone are on-screen fingerprint sensor, face unlock and headphone jack. Other Realme Pro version devices include the Realme X7 Pro, Realme 6 Pro and the Realme X50 Pro.

Realme 9 Pro has few good things and some bad for its price tag. This variant comes with 6GB RAM which might not be enough for some users. It gets the new 5G Snapdragon 695 chipset for performance, and offers 128GB storage which is expandable. The phone runs on Android 12 OS, and the main rear camera delivers quality photos. The battery life is long and you have 33W charging support.
