Realme is entering a new product segment altogether this week and it’s time for the new Realme Pad which is basically an Android-powered tablet. The device looks to freshen up the market with more options for buyers. The first Realme tablet features a 10.4-inch Full HD display with 1200x2400 pixels resolution which produces pixel density of 224 PPI. The device runs on Realme UI which is built over Android 11 operating system. The tablet comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core chipset with 3GB RAM for basic computing needs. Realme Pad gives you 32GB internal storage which is further expandable using the dedicated card slot. This tablet comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera and on the front also it has an 8MP camera that assists you with video calls. Realme Pad comes loaded with a 7100mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the Realme tablet include face unlock, Dolby Atmos speakers and headphone jack.

Verdict
Realme Pad LTE is a decent first attempt from the brand, giving you an Android tablet for under 20K with on-the-go connectivity. It features a large 10.4-inch display which is packed for entertainment with Dolby Atmos speakers. The performance is reliable but don't expect it to offer productivity for long hours. But you do get a long battery life. However, 3GB RAM on board is not sufficient, the cameras are average and 18W charging for 7100mAh battery takes a lot of time. Worth buying if you need a tablet for entertainment purpose.

Realme Pad carries a 10.4-inch Full HD display with support for 1200x2400 pixels resolution. The tablet features thick bezels all on sides that bring down the screen to body ratio to 80 percent. The tablet gets aluminium finishing at the back, gets a thickness of just 6.9mm, and weighs around 440 grams. The screen comes with pixel density of 224 PPI. Realme has offered face unlock through the front camera to secure the tablet.

Realme Pad comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. The hardware includes 3GB RAM along with 32GB storage that is further expandable. The device runs on Android 11-based Realme UI which has been customised to run on a tablet. In terms of optics, Realme Pad get an 8MP rear camera that helps you with clicking photos. Then you have another 8MP camera on the front for selfies, video calls and more.
Battery, Fast Charging, Connectivity
Realme Pad gets backed up with a 7100mAh battery for long backup on a single charge. The tablet supports 18W fast charging which offers quick boot up. The tablet uses USB Type C port for charging, and data transfer. For connectivity purpose, the tablet has Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS with GLONASS.
