Sony Xperia X

The Sony Xperia X is a premium looking smartphone under the new X-lineup. The device exhibits a 5-inch screen with Full HD (1080x1920 pixels) display. The all-metal body has rounded edges for a better grip over the phone and also sports a curved glass. The power and volume buttons are placed on the left side of the panel, along with a camera button, which is a Sony tradition. The dimensions of the phone are 142.7 x 69.4 x 7.9 mm and weighs 153 grams.

The imaging front is taken care by a 23-megapixel predictive hybrid autofocus rear camera with f1/2.3 Exmor RS for mobile sensor and pulse LED flash that helps improve low-light photography. The predictive hybrid autofocus feature allows you to click blur-free photographs; enabling you to click on the object-in-question, while the smartphone predicts its motion and then capture an image as fast as 0.6 seconds. The company has also thrown in a 13-megapixel front snapper for clear, sharp selfies and video calling feature. The front camera has an outstanding 6400ISO with the help of which images are fairly decent even in dark surroundings.

The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The handset is powered by a hexa-core processor; Qualcomm s Snapdragon 650 chipset that helps with multi-tasking. It is clubbed with 3GB RAM and has 32GB of on-board storage to save apps and media. The storage can be further expanded up to 200 GB with the help of a microSD card. Sony s conventional sound system is also embedded in this phone with stereo speakers outside, Hi-Res Audio and DNC inside.

The smartphone is juiced by a 2,620 mAh that can keep the phone up and running for a day. Connectivity options of the Xperia X include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB port 2.0, and 4G LTE. The Xperia X's power button is also a fingerprint scanner that helps in unlocking the device without entering the password. The phone is available in four colour variants: Graphite black, White, Lime Gold, and Rose Gold.
