IBall Andi 4P Class X

The iBall Andi 4P Class X is a budget dual-SIM Android smartphone announced and launched in India during the third week of June 2015. Priced at Rs. 3,999 during the launch, it features a 4-inch IPS LCD display, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, a dual-core MediaTek processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable storage, 5-megapixel primary camera, 1.3-megapixel secondary camera, 3G as well as Wi-Fi connectivity, and a 1,400 mAh battery. During the launch of the device, the company stated that they wanted to offer a light-weight and easy-to-use device at an affordable price.

The Andi 4P Class X is a fairly basic looking smartphone with its display on the front, and the three capacitive touch buttons below it. The earpiece, the front-facing camera, and a bunch of sensors are present above the display. The controls to lock/unlock/power and change the device volume are situated on the sides. The rear removable plastic back surrounds the camera, an accompanying LED flash, and the loudspeaker. There are micro-USB port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom of the Andi 4P Class X.

A 4-inch IPS LCD capacitive multitouch display that is used in the iBall Andi 4P Class X features a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, a norm in its price range during the period of its launch, but it is not protected by any kind of toughened material. It comes equipped with a 5-megapixel primary camera that has a fixed-focus lens and an LED flash. There s a 1.3-megapixel secondary camera that can click selfies, record videos, and help in video calls.

It runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, and is equipped with a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek processor and 1GB of RAM. There s 8GB of internal storage space that can be further expanded up to an additional 32GB using a microSD card. There s a dual-SIM card slot along with 3G and 2.4 GHz single-band Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, a microUSB v2.0 port, and a headphone jack. Along with gravity sensor, proximity sensor, and an ambient-light sensor, the device also features FM Radio that can be used for entertainment. A 1,400 mAh battery keeps the phone juiced up for a day s worth of usage, as claimed by the company.
