The Galaxy A30 comes with Samsung's latest bezel-less design that accommodates Super AMOLED screen at 1080x2340 pixels resolution. The phone boasts the punch-hole design that houses the front camera. This design offers more screen space without the need of a notch. Samsung's in-house octa-core Exynos 7 Octa 7885 chipset powers the Galaxy A30 with Mali-G71 MP2 GPU for taking care of the graphics performance. The chipset is assisted by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

The Samsung Galaxy A30 sports 13MP + 8MP dual camera setup on the rear with LED flash and features such as Portrait mode, HDR support, and more. The selfie camera on the phone also supports Face Unlock feature that unlocks the phone after mapping the user's face.
