The latest from Xiaomi comes loaded with an 11-inch display with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. The tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor and offers 6GB of RAM. The tablet comes with 256GB of internal storage. In terms of optics, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 flaunts a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. The device also supports the Xiaomi Smart Pen which comes with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. The tablet also features a massive 8,720mAh battery and comes with 33W fast charging support. The device packs quad speakers with channel mapping technology. It runs on the Android 11 operating system with the company’s custom MIUI on top of it. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is probably one of the best high-end tablets you can get in this price segment. The tablet comes loaded with a premium design and offers a large 11-inch display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, which is a rare feature in this price segment. The tablet also comes with a flagship-grade Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, which can handle all the tasks you through at it. That said, if you are considering buying a new tablet that comes with massive battery backup and provides better performance, then you can consider Xiaomi Mi Pad 5.

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 256GB variant is available in a single colour: Cosmic Gray. The tablet offers an 11-inch WQXGA display with an aspect ratio of 16:10. The display also comes with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate along with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also comes with Dolby Vision, HDR10, and hardware-level blue light reduction technology. For security, the tablet comes with a face unlock feature, though there is no fingerprint sensor. 
Performance, Camera and UI
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 256GB option is powered by the flagship-grade Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor. The chipset comes with eight cores of Kryo 485 that can deliver a clock speed of up to 2.96GHz. The device is loaded with Adreno 640 to handle graphics. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is available with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Sadly, there is no option to expand the storage. In terms of cameras, the tablet packs a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, while on the front, there is an 8MP shooter for video calling. The tablet runs on the Android 11 operating system with MIUI for tablets on top of it.
