Karbonn Alfa 112

The Karbonn Alfa 112 is a budget smartphone from the Indian manufacturer. The Android based budget device sports very basic features such as 256 MB of RAM, a 4-inch display and a 2-megapixel primary camera.

The smartphone comes in a very compact form factor designed to deliver the most essential functionalities of a phone. The device features a 4-inch LCD display having a WVGA (800x480 pixels) resolution. The small display is good enough for most daily activities and also helps preserve battery life.

The smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz processor which is paired with 256 MB of RAM. The device will not be able to run the latest and most demanding applications with ease but can perform basic tasks such as calling and texting with ease. The smartphone ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and comes with 512 MB of internal storage space. In addition, the device comes with a microSD card slot which allows for expansion up to 32 GB.

The device is kept ticking thanks to the 1,300 mAh battery which sits at the back. The device is not 3G enabled but does support EDGE connectivity. The dual-SIM smartphone comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS connectivity options.

The smartphone offers a 2-megapixel primary shooter that also has an LED flash underneath it to capture beautiful images at all times. In addition to the rear camera, the device also comes with a front camera capable of shooting at VGA resolution.
