Lenovo Vibe S1

The Chinese manufacturer Lenovo has introduced an impressive smartphone with eye-catching hardware. The device is aimed at transforming the mid-level smartphone market.

Powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core processor the smartphone ekes out flawless performance which is unheard of from any vendor at the given price point. To enable multitasking, the device hosts 3GB of RAM that ensures lag-free performance and does not slow your device down even with multiple apps on operation mode simultaneously. On the storage front, it comes with 32GB of onboard storage which can further be expanded according to the needs of the user up to 128GB using a microSD card.

The Lenovo Vibe S1 flaunts a 5-inch Full HD display with wide viewing angles. The smartphone produces life-like colours and also has decent brightness while out in the sun. Similar to the Vibe X2, it also delivers high-end gaming experience courtesy a PowerVR G600 chip.

Bearing 4G LTE bands along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port there are multiple options that helps you stay connected with the rest of the world. At the back, there is a Li-Ion 2420 mAh cell. The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop which provides users with the latest Android experience.

For photography lovers, there is a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera which is touted to capture stunning images and record Full HD videos. It also comes with an 8-megapixel front camera with a secondary depth-sensing 2-megapixel sensor to please all selfie lovers. Other modes like HDR, panorama, face and smile detection are included to enhance your photography.

The device is 7.9 mm thick and weighs about 130 grams. There is also dual-SIM support which allows users to use two different networks simultaneously. The Vibe S1 is available in a standard White colour, and also a new Dark Blue colour that replaces the traditional black option.
