Micromax Bolt S302

Micromax Bolt S302 is a dual-SIM Android based budget smartphone that comes with an array of features such as a compact 4-inch display and 1 GHz of quad-core computation power.

The smartphone does not flaunt a large display and flaunts a rather compact 4-inch LCD touchscreen display. The display has a resolution of 800x400 pixels. Although the display does not allow users to enjoy a high-definition media content, it is quite good for daily activities such as making calls etc.

Under the hood, the device sports a Spreadtrum SC7715 chipset which comes with a 1 GHz quad-core processing unit along with 512 MB of RAM. The processor can churn out decent performance in most daily activities but will not be able to deliver in demanding situations such as multi-tasking. In addition, the device comes with 4 GB of internal storage which proves to be quite ample for the essentials. However, the device also sports a microSD card slot which allows the user to expand storage further up to 32 GB.

The device is kept running thanks to a 1,450 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery which has enough juice in it to keep the device ticking for at least the entire day. The device ships with Android 4.4.3 KitKat out of the box and comes in a single black colour variant.

In the imaging department, the smartphone offers very little and comes with a 2-megapixel primary shooter along with a VGA selfie camera. The front camera is sufficient for making video calls too. As far as connectivity options are concerned on the device, the smartphone is 3G enabled making sure it has access to blazing internet speeds. However only one of the SIM slots is 3G enabled. In addition, the device comes with a microUSB 2.0 port, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi .
