Micromax Canvas Play 4G

Micromax Canvas Play 4G is a mid-range Android based dual-SIM smartphone. The Canvas device comes with a host of attractive features such as a 5.5-inch HD display along with a 13-megapixel primary camera and 2GB RAM.

The smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS touchscreen display having a HD (1280x720 pixels) screen resolution. The display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top to ensure that optimum longevity of the device. The smartphone comes in only one colour variant, black.

The device comes with 16GB of on-board storage and should be ample for a wide variety of media content. In addition, the device also comes with a microSD card slot which allows for further expansion of storage space up to 32 GB. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is paired with 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone can perform most daily activities with ease and has enough horsepower under the hood to ensure that it continues to perform smoothly even when a multitude of intensive applications are running simultaneously.

The smartphone comes with 4G LTE connectivity. However, the device is 4G enabled on only one of the SIM slots while the other is not even data enabled. In addition, the device comes with a host of other connectivity options such as a microUSB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The device draws power from a non-removable Li-Po battery having a power rating of 2,820 mAh.

The Micromax Canvas Play 4G comes with a 13-megapixel primary shooter along with a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera comes with an LED flash as well as autofocus feature and is capable of shooting full HD images and videos. The selfie camera is a fixed focus lens and is quite handy in making video calls.
