Nokia from HMD Global came back 4 years ago to give us quality Android devices. It promises pure Android experience with fast update roll outs. But the brand also has products that cater to entry-level buyers. And one such device is the new C01 Plus.  This budget phone comes with a 5.45-inch HD display that offers 720x1440 pixels resolution. The screen features thick bezels on all sides, that’s where you have the selfie camera at the top and produces pixel density of 295 PPI. The C01 Plus comes powered by Unisoc SC9863A chipset which gets paired with 1GB RAM and Mali G-52 GPU. The phone offers 16GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB using the dedicated card slot. Nokia C01 Plus has a single 5MP camera at the back, and a 5MP selfie camera that also supports video calls. The phone comes loaded with a 3000mAh battery that supports charging via microUSB 2.0 port. Other features on the phone are face unlock, headphone jack and Infrared. Other known Nokia mobiles you might like are Nokia 2.3, Nokia C3 2020 and the Nokia 1.

Verdict
Nokia C01 Plus is another budget phone running on the Android 11 Go platform. It gets an octa-core chipset with 2GB RAM and offers 16GB storage, which is sufficient for this OS to run lightweight apps. The cameras offer basic quality, but the battery life is good. Go for this device if you are switching from basic phones, and are tight on budget.

The 18:9 aspect ratio design ensures the display offers larger viewing area but screen to body ratio is limited to 72 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right of the phone. For security purpose, Nokia C01 Plus gets face unlock support that works through the selfie camera.

Nokia has used the Unisoc SC9863A octa-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage that is expandable using the microSD card slot.
