OPPO Reno5 Z 5G

Oppo continues to expand its affordable lineup of 5G offerings. The latest entrant, the Oppo Reno5 Z, is the successor to the Reno 4 Z 5G that was launched last year.  Coming to the specifications, the smartphone sports a 6.57-inches IPS LCD having a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 401ppi pixel density. The bezel-less display has a dual punch hole cut out at the left corner housing the dual selfie cameras. The Reno5 Z 5G comes powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 Octa-core Processor paired with 8GB RAM for optimal performance. For imaging duties, you get a quad-camera setup on the rear, having a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. The device houses a dual-selfie camera at the front enclosed inside the punch-hole cutout. The smartphone packs 128GB of internal memory that addresses the storage needs of the users. Also, you get expandable memory support of up to 256GB using a microSD card. The phone is fueled by a 4200mAh Li-Polymer battery with support for 18W fast-charging. Design and Display
Design-wise, the Oppo Reno5 Z 5G sports a 6.57-inches IPS LCD display that is bezel-less, boasting of a punch-hole cut out for housing the dual selfie cameras. The 120 Hz refresh rate display comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display offers a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 401 ppi pixel density.   
Camera and Security
On the imaging front, the Reno5 Z 5G equips a quad-camera setup on the rear with an LED flash. Of the four camera sensors, the primary camera is 48MP, followed by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. At the front, the phone packs dual selfie cameras featuring a 16MP and a 2MP camera. The dual selfie cameras are enclosed inside a punch-hole cutout. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor addresses the security concerns and helps in secure unlocking the device.
Storage and Performance
The onboard internal storage capacity of the Oppo Reno5 Z 5G is 128GB which is decent enough for storing user data, apps, and other files. Also, you get expandable storage support of up to 256GB, and hence there is ample storage space. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 octa-core chipset paired with 8GB RAM. A Mali-G57 MC4 accounts for the graphical performance of the mobile.
Battery and Connectivity
The Oppo Reno5 Z 5G is backed by a 4210mAh Li-Polymer battery that can be charged via a USB Type-C port. Also, the battery comes with support for 18W fast-charging, so refilling the battery does not take much time. The smartphone supports a range of standard connectivity options such as 5G, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS with A-GPS, mass storage device, USB charging, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
