Panasonic P88

The Panasonic P88 is an entry-level smartphone with standard core specs priced at less than Rs. 10,000. The phone has the advantage of having a removable battery.

The display on the P88 is an HD resolution IPS LCD that measure 5.30-inches. Although not as good as a Super AMOLED display, an IPS LCD display shows bright colours and provides good visibility at skewed viewing angles. The phone measures 8.5mm thick and features the power button on the left while the volume buttons are on the right. The 3.5mm audio jack and microUSB 2.0 ports are situated on the top edge of the phone. The P88 is available in charcoal grey and gold exteriors.

The P88 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow that features a number of improvements over Lollipop to the UI, home screen, settings, notifications, shortcuts, and primarily, Google’s voice assistant. The phone is powered by a standard 1.25GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM that handles everyday tasks and apps with ease, but might falter while running demanding apps and games. The P88 is vested with 16GB of storage space that can be increased to 128GB with SD cards.

A 13-megapixels camera is situated at the rear of the P88 that takes quality pictures with the aid of a triple-LED flash and autofocus.
