The Samsung Galaxy J5 comes with a Super AMOLED HD screen, a significant amount of expandable storage and a good battery. It is a dual-SIM smartphone and priced at under 15000 making it a mid-range smartphone.

The Galaxy J5 has a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution and 294 PPI pixel density. The Super AMOLED display is capable of displaying clear images and videos even in bright sunlight and promises to have good readability in such conditions. The phone is 7.9 mm thick and weighs a comfortable 146 grams. The phone is available in white and black colors.

The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS upgradable to Marshmallow 6.0.1. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset runs the Galaxy J5. It holds an Adreno 306 GPU, which is paired with a Cortex-A53 CPU. The 1.2GHz quad-core processor can deliver smooth performance if not put under too much pressure. The device runs lag free during everyday tasks and light multitasking sessions.
