Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series includes the Note 20 Ultra variant this year. This replaces the Plus variant and offers improved set of features. The phone carries a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 1440x3800 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The screen supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and offers pixel density of 393 ppi. The phone runs on Android 10-based One UI 2.5 version and powered by octa-core Exynos 990 or Snapdragon 865 Plus processor. It comes with 12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. Galaxy Note 20 features a triple rear camera setup which includes 108MP primary wide camera, 12MP telephoto sensor with periscope lens and 12MP ultrawide sensor. On the front you have a 10MP wide camera for selfies and video calling. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra packs a 4,500mAh battery which supports 25W fast charging, wireless charging and 9W reverse wireless charging.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G sports a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 1440x3800 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen gets Gorilla Glass Victus protection, supports HDR10+ and offers pixel density of 393 ppi. The screen sports a punch hole cut out which houses the front camera at the top centre and gets built-in fingerprint sensor as well. The back body is made of glass, also protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and the frame is made of stainless steel.

Samsung has used octa-core Exynos 990 or Snapdragon 865 Plus to power the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. It gets 12GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB storage options, as well as Mali G77 MP 11/Adreno 650 GPU for graphics processing. The phone runs on Android 10-based One UI 2.5 version. It features a triple rear camera setup which includes 108MP primary wide camera, 12MP telephoto sensor with periscope lens and 12MP ultrawide sensor. On the front you have a 10MP wide camera for selfies and video calling. The main rear camera can shoot 8K videos at 24FPS, while the front camera can shoot 4K videos at 30FPS.

Additionally, the Note 20 comes with S Pen support and features stereo speakers tuned by AKG.
