Samsung Galaxy S8

Samsung's Galaxy S8 comes bundled with stunning features and can be easily tagged as an advanced smartphone. The device bears a 5.8-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED dual-edge curved Infinity display at 1440x2960 pixels resolution with 18.5:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone takes after the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and is comparatively sleeker. The Galaxy S8 supports a physial fingerprint reader, which is placed on the rear panel. Alongside, the phone also support Iris Scanner that scans the user's retina as a passcode. 

The phone is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 SoC with a quad-core module clocked at 2.35GHz, and another quad-core module clocked at 1.9GHz. There is 4GB of RAM onboard with 64GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration. For Software requirements, the phone runs Android 7.1 Nougat-based Samsung's custom UI, it is  upgradable to the next Android versions, for up to two years from the date of device's launch. Talking about software, the phone also includes Samsung's voice-assisted virtual assistant, Bixby. 

The Galaxy S8 boasts 12MP 'Dual Pixel' rear camera with a f/1.7 aperture and OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation).  There is an 8MP selfie snapper on the front with a f/1.7 aperture and autofocus. A 3000mAh battery backs the smartphone with support for fast charging as well as wireless charging. Connectivity options of the Galaxy S8 include dual-SIM, 4G LTE (Cat. 16), Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz, 5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, and GPS. Additionally, the phone also includes Samsung's in-house payment functionality, Samsung Pay with NFC and MST connectivity.
