Vivo V17 Pro

Much like its predecessor, the V17 Pro comes with a pop-up selfie camera. Though this time around, the motorized part is bigger to accommodate two cameras. By eliminating the need for a notch, Vivo's latest phone offers a full-screen display that runs from edge-to-edge. At the rear, you get a gradient paint job with a reflective finish. The quad-camera sits in the middle with an LED flash.

The phone sports 6.44-inch E3 Super AMOLED display. With the resolution of 2440 x 1080, you get a sharp screen. Owing to the phone's pop-up selfie camera mechanism, we get a full-screen display with incredibly thin bezels. Since OLED panels are emissive, the screen delivers true blacks and vibrant colors. Vivo has integrated a fingerprint sensor into the display.

At the core of the V17 Pro is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 675 chip. This 11 nm SoC (System on Chip) houses two Kryo 460 Gold cores ticking at 2.0 GHz and six Kryo 460 Silver cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. For graphics-intensive tasks, the phone is equipped with the Adreno 612 GPU. For effortless multitasking, you get an 8 GB of RAM. There's 128 GB of internal storage and you can expand it further via a microSD card slot. In addition to this hardware, the phone's performance will be driven by Vivo's FunTouch 9 software based on Android 9.0 Pie.

The V17 Pro comes with serious photography hardware. Its quad-camera setup comprises of an 8 MP standard lens, 8 MP wide, 2 MP monochrome, and 2 MP depth sensor. The snapper offers various modes including HDR, Live Photos, AI Super Wide-Angle, AI Portrait Framing, AR Stickers, AI Face Beauty, Time-Lapse, and Slo-Mo. It can record 4K videos at 30 fps. Moving onto the front, the dual selfie camera comes in 32 MP + 2 MP configuration. This one supports features such as Face Beauty, Portrait, AR Stickers, AI Selfie Lighting, and AI Face Beauty.

The handset houses a 4,100 mAh battery with Vivo's fast charging technology. It has a Type-C port along with a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Vivo V17 Pro is a 4G VoLTE mobile with dual SIM support. Other connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS (network assisted), and NFC.
