Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 8 smartphone in India back in 2019. Now, the company is bringing its sequel in the form of the Redmi Note 8 2021. This new device sports a 6.39-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ 2340  x 1080 pixels resolution. The display has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 8 2021 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset that is aided with ARM Mali G52 GPU. The phone ships with 4GB of RAM and packs 64GB/128GB internal storage. On the software front, the handset runs Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12.5 skin. In terms of imaging, this latest Redmi Note series sports a quad-camera setup.
