Xolo Era 4K

To compete with Lava in the budget segment, domestic smartphone maker Xolo has come up with its latest mobile, the Era 4K. The Xolo Era 4K makes its mark with impressive features including a massive 4,000 mAh battery. 

The device runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Google Now launcher on top. It brings about a near-stock version of Android that offers simplicity and ease of using Lollipop. The Xolo Era 4K like any other low-cost smartphone bears a plastic body. The device fits perfectly in the palm of the hands courtesy a texture back and curved edges. The device is available in blue and white colours.

The Xolo Era 4K boasts a 5-inch HD screen that looks bright and crisp indoors but the display is not that great while outdoors. The 8-megapixel rear camera records HD videos and shoots decent images in both bright and dark conditions courtesy a dual-LED flash. On the front, the smartphone is armed with a 5-megapixel camera that lets you capture selfies and aids in decent video calling. 

Under the hood, the Era 4K is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek chipset and 2GB of RAM that enable seamless smartphone experience. For storing personal data and apps there is 8GB of internal storage space that can further be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. 

The Xolo Era 4K ships with LTE support that offers blazing fast connectivity along with other options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB 2.0 port. Fuelled by a massive non-removable Li-Ion 4,000 mAh cell, you can be rest assured that you have more than a day smartphone usage with a single charge.
