HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM

Following the Desire 826 Dual SIM, HTC has come up with the 828 Dual SIM. The latest variant flaunts a big 5.5-inch Full HD display that brings about crystal-clear images coupled with great viewing angles that make the screen legible even when placed under sunlight. You ought to be very careful as there is no Gorilla Glass protection.

The device is big and one has to use both hands to operate it. Design wise it looks similar to the previous HTC devices. While the right edge houses the volume rocker and power buttons, on the left there are two nano-SIM card slots and a microSD card slot covered by a single protective flap. It is available in white colour.

Powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset, the device is expected to sail smoothly. Coupled with 2GB RAM, the HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM is meant for multitasking. Using the 16GB of internal storage, users can store all that they want and if that is not enough there is also scope for expansion via a microSD card.

For imaging, you can use the 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, autofocus and LED flash to aid in dull conditions. On the front, the device has a 4-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls and capturing selfies. The HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top.

The device has LTE support along with other standard connectivity options including 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port. The smartphone also comes with an in-built FM radio. Fuelled by a Li-Ion 2,800 mAh battery the device supports talk time up to 16 hours.

The device although looks great on paper is powered by an underpowered processor and is over priced.
