LG K7 4G

The K7 4G is LG's budget smartphone with a 5-inch FWVGA (854x480 pixels) resolution screen. The IPS LCD display offers wide viewing angles for media consumption. The colours look richer when compared to other phones in its category. But the display resolution could have been better.

The LG K7 4G features a pebble design seen in the entire K series. To complement the design, even the screen has a 2.5D Arc Glass (curve). Its dimensions stand as 143.6 x 72.5 x 8.9 mm. The phone comes in Titan colour. This K series handset succeeds LG Optimus L7 2. The build of the phone is such that the sides are clutter-free. The power buttons have been placed on the rear of the phone. The K series also has a good grip.

In the camera domain, LG has thrown in an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash. It also has a 5-megapixel front snapper for selfies. The camera features, Gesture Shot, Tap and Shot, and Gesture Interval shot function for taking images without hassle. Gesture Shot enables users to take photos simply by raising an open hand in front of the lens and then clenching it into a fist. Closing one s hand twice automatically leads to the Gesture Interval Shot and will produce four consecutive photos.

The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with LG's customised UI on top of it. The handset is powered by a quad-core chipset clocked at 1.1 GHz. The device has 1.5 GB RAM and has 8GB internal memory which can be further extended with the help of a micro SD card.

The phone packs in a 2,125 Li-Ion mAh battery which can keep the phone up and running for a day. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, and 4G LTE.
